Gilberto Gil e Rita Lee - Refestanca

One of Brazil's most intriguing artistic pairings, captured live. Refestança emerged from a 1977 tour bringing together Gilberto Gil and Rita Lee—two towering figures of Brazilian rock with seemingly opposing aesthetics. Yet under the production of the legendary Guto Graça Mello, they created something magical. Gil's experimental sophistication and Lee's irrepressible pop energy fuse into an album of infectious joy and musical sophistication. Originally released by EMI and part of Gil's iconic "Re" series alongside Refavela and Refazenda, this live document remains a high point of both artists' careers. A must-have for collectors of Brazilian rock and lovers of great vocal performances.
